My First Epoxy Chess Board

Now, talk about an experiment! I had this idea pop inside my head and I couldn't stop thinking about it. I wanted to make a cool chess board that was different style then any other board that I've seen.

Watch video now!

Some tips and lessons from the build.

First, I would really make sure the thickness between the squares is a big difference. I think going around 1/4" difference is a god call. Next, flatten the board, before and after the pour. This will help all the squares stay level. Lastly, pour on a level workbench! Trust me, you will appreciate this tip!

Anyway, if you try to build one, send me some pics and tag me on social media!

Stay classy,
